Airport Meet & Greet
We know how important it is to give an excellent first impression to your guests. We provide effective staff members to meet and greet guests at airport terminals with visible signage to lead them to the appropriate point of departure either on motorcoaches or vans.
We provide on-time ground transfers with minimal wait times or delays.
Route Planning and Implementation
Over 34 years of experience in the San Diego area has led Five Star Tours to plan and implement effective routes. Our planning is based on your event's specific needs whether in the downtown, Mission Valley or surrounding areas. We can create a route based on your time schedule, location and event's goal. We utilize a color method to distinguish different routes and implement on-site coordinators to facilitate up-to-date information on routes.
On Site Coordinators
Experienced and informed of up-to-date information powered through NextelŽ communications, our on-site coordinators have been trained to perform under pressure.
Our staff can provide manifests and passenger tallies based on vehicles utilized or can provide times for upcoming shuttle servicing routes. On-site coordinators are great tools which provide a high sense of security and efficiency when time is an issue.
Security Program
Since 9/11, Five Star Tours has adopted security tools for the overall safety of our passengers and staff. We can provide wristbands to identify guests who are secured to utilize any of our services. This security blanket is an added value feature!
Tours
