Message: I hired Five Star Tours to shuttle a wedding and Five Star Tours did NOT follow the contract. They actually unsafely dropped my guests at a locked gate and made them walk to the contracted address.I originally asked for a partial refund and was refused anything, i was lied to and treated like garbage. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Message: This company has the worst customer service!! I have been trying to talk to Alfonso for 4 weeks now on an event his company shuttled for us, which was a disaster, and i cannot get him to talk to me or call me back. This is ridiculous!! Worst charter ever with even worse customer service!!
